CapitOx Consulting Group (CCG) provides a platform for leading global firms to access top talent across our network of 3,200+ Oxford students and competitively selected teams of consultants. Over a 7-week engagement, we deliver fresh perspectives, rigorous research and analysis and actionable recommendations. THE CAPITOX
PROCESS

We begin by scoping your project objectives and desired deliverables, and assemble a tailored, multidisciplinary team of consultants, drawing from Oxford’s undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral and MBA communities. Consultants undergo a competitive selection process (<15% acceptance rate) and receive training in research, data analysis, and presentation skills before the project.

Our teams turn complex questions into clear, actionable recommendations. Depending on the project, this may include market research, data analysis, competitor benchmarking, and stakeholder interviews. Weekly client check-ins keep the work focused, responsive, and aligned with your priorities.

A typical engagement runs for 7 weeks and culminates in a final report or presentation. Scope and deliverables are customised to your needs. The team will present their work, answer any questions, and provide actionable insights tailored to your objectives. Every final deliverable is reviewed by CapitOx leadership to ensure analytical rigour, clarity and professional quality.
